The On-Site Inspection service is designed for customers experiencing issues with their DTF or UV DTF printing equipment. This service includes a thorough assessment of the machine at your location to diagnose potential issues or troubleshoot operational problems. However, this service does not include the repair process or replacement of parts. If repair or replacement is required, a separate quote will be provided after the inspection. This allows you to understand the issue fully and decide on the next steps with clarity.

Important Note: If the issue is critical and completely halting your production process, please contact us before purchasing this service. We may not have an available technician to dispatch to your location immediately. Communicating with us beforehand helps prevent delays and ensures a smoother resolution process. Otherwise, if we're unable to accommodate an urgent request, your purchase may need to be canceled, leading to additional waiting time for the refund process and a loss of valuable time for you.
