Instant Peel DTF Film Elevate Your Mid-Format Production
Success in the custom apparel industry is defined by how quickly you can turn a design into a finished product. Our Premium Instant Peel DTF Film is the perfect solution for businesses using 13-inch (33cm) roll-to-roll printing systems. This film combines high-resolution coating with revolutionary "Instant Peel" technology. Unlike standard films that require a cooling period, this film can be removed the moment the heat press opens. With a massive 328-foot (100-meter) length, you can run high-volume batches with fewer roll changes. This film is engineered to help small to mid-sized shops achieve industrial-level speed without sacrificing the premium "soft-hand" feel customers love.
The uninterrupted and high-performance operation of your UV DTF printing systems depends entirely on the quality and compatibility of the spare parts used. Our
Maximize Efficiency with Instant Peel Technology
The cooling phase is often the slowest part of the heat transfer process. Waiting for a garment to reach room temperature before peeling wastes valuable production time. Our Instant Peel DTF Film eliminates this bottleneck entirely.
The specialized release layer is designed to let go of the ink and adhesive while they are still hot. As soon as your press timer hits zero, you can peel the film away in one smooth motion. This "hot release" is incredibly clean and leaves no residue behind. By removing the wait time, you can effectively double your output per hour. For busy shops during peak seasons, this feature is the difference between meeting a deadline and falling behind.
Perfect 13-Inch Width for Desktop and Pro Systems
The 13-inch (33cm) width is the "sweet spot" for many modern DTF setups. It is wide enough for full-sized adult chest prints but compact enough for desktop-class roll printers. This Premium DTF Film is precision-slit to ensure a perfect fit in your machine's roll holders.
Winding is a critical factor in print success. Our rolls are wound under controlled tension to prevent "telescoping" or uneven feeding. This stability prevents head strikes and tracking errors during long print runs. At 328 feet in length, you have the capacity to print hundreds of logos in a single session. This high-capacity format is much more cost-effective than using individual sheets and significantly reduces material waste.
Advanced Coating for Vibrant Colors and Sharp Lines
Quality begins at the surface level. Our Premium Plus coating is designed to anchor ink droplets with extreme precision. This prevents "ink bleed" and ensures that even the smallest text remains legible.
The film's coating is optimized for high ink loads. You can print dense, opaque white layers without the ink pooling or running. This is essential for achieving professional-grade vibrancy on dark fabrics like black hoodies or navy T-shirts. The matte finish of the film translates into a professional, non-reflective look once transferred. Your designs will look sharp, colors will be saturated, and gradients will be perfectly smooth.
Double-Sided Anti-Static Treatment
Static electricity is a common enemy in the DTF world. It causes adhesive powder to cling to the unprinted parts of the film, leading to "speckles" on the final garment. Our Instant Peel DTF Film features a rigorous double-sided anti-static treatment.
This treatment ensures the film slides through your printer and shaker smoothly. When the film passes through the powdering unit, the excess powder falls away cleanly from the non-inked areas. This results in a flawless transfer with zero "halos" or unwanted spots. A cleaner process means less time spent on quality control and more time spent on shipping orders.
Industrial Durability and Maximum Comfort
Beyond the ease of use, the final product must perform in the real world. Prints made with this film exhibit exceptional wash fastness. The coating is engineered to allow the adhesive powder to bond deeply with the fabric fibers.
Even after 50+ industrial wash cycles, the designs resist cracking, peeling, and fading. Despite this extreme durability, the transfer remains thin and flexible. It offers a "soft-hand" feel that moves with the wearer’s body. This flexibility makes it the ideal choice for 100% cotton, polyester, and even high-stretch spandex blends. Your customers will receive a garment that feels as good as a professional screen print.
