UV DTF Ink - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) is intended for compatible UV DTF printing systems that use UV-curable ink as part of their production workflow. The 500 ml bottle provides a smaller-volume option for UV DTF print environments that need ink for a compatible printer and ink-delivery system.
Because UV DTF printers can use different ink-channel configurations, always confirm the required ink type, color, and compatibility for your specific printer before use.

What Is UV DTF Ink Used For?
UV DTF ink is used in UV DTF printing systems to create printed graphics as part of a film-based transfer workflow. The ink works within the printer’s configured ink channels and is cured during the UV printing process.
Final output depends on the complete production setup, including the printer, ink configuration, RIP settings, film system, curing process, and application method.
500 ml Size for UV DTF Workflows
The 500 ml bottle offers a smaller-volume ink option compared with 1-liter formats. This can be useful when your production setup calls for a lower-volume supply or when managing individual ink channels separately.

Ink Handling and Production Setup
UV DTF ink should be handled according to the requirements of the printer and ink system being used. Ink formulations and printer configurations can vary, so do not mix different products or formulations unless compatibility has been confirmed.
For shops working with multiple ink bottles, see the RS100 Ink Bottle Rotator/Shaker for DTF, DTG, and UV DTF Inks.
Check Compatibility Before Use
Confirm that the ink is appropriate for your specific UV DTF printer, printhead configuration, and ink-delivery system before adding it to the machine.
If you are switching from another ink formulation, follow the printer or ink-system manufacturer’s recommendations for changing ink and maintaining the system.
