What Is Yellow Ink Used For?

Yellow is part of the CMYK color system used to build a wide range of printed colors. It works together with Cyan, Magenta, and Black within the printer’s color channels.

Final color output depends on the complete printing setup, including the printer, RIP settings, color profile, ink configuration, film system, and production settings.

For UV DTF Printing Workflows

This Yellow ink is intended for UV DTF printing systems that are configured to use compatible UV inks. Before filling or replacing ink, confirm that the product matches your printer’s ink requirements and current ink system.

For additional colors and related options, browse our UV DTF Inks collection.

Using Yellow with Other UV DTF Ink Channels

Yellow normally works as part of a multi-channel UV DTF ink configuration rather than as a standalone color. Depending on the printer setup, the system may also use CMYK colors together with White and other dedicated ink channels.

If your setup also requires a white ink channel, see our UV DTF Ink - White 1 Liter.

Check Compatibility Before Use

UV DTF printers can use different ink formulations, printheads, and ink-delivery systems. Confirm compatibility with your printer before adding the ink to the system.

If you are switching from another ink formulation, follow your printer or ink-system manufacturer’s recommendations for changing ink and maintaining the system.
