For Printer Maintenance

These wiping cloths can be kept with routine printer maintenance supplies for cleaning tasks that call for a compatible wiping material.

Cleaning requirements can vary by printer, printhead, ink system, and maintenance procedure. Do not assume that the same wiping method is appropriate for every machine.

Use With the Correct Cleaning Procedure

Before cleaning, review the maintenance instructions for your equipment and confirm which surfaces should be wiped and which areas should not be touched directly.

If a cleaning fluid is required, use only a product and method appropriate for the equipment and maintenance procedure being performed.
