P604 is a 24-inch, 4-head DTF printer intended for compatible Direct-to-Film transfer production workflows. It provides a roll-fed printing platform for businesses and production environments that use DTF film, ink, adhesive powder, curing, and heat-transfer equipment as part of the complete process.

Consistent DTF output depends on the full production system rather than the printer alone. Film, ink, powder, software, printer settings, curing, and heat-press application all need to work together within the intended workflow.

Building a Complete DTF Production Workflow

A DTF printer is one stage of the transfer-production process. Printed film must also move through the appropriate adhesive powder, curing, and heat-transfer stages before the finished design is applied to a garment.

If you need a configuration that includes post-print equipment, see the P604 24" 4 Head DTF Printer + P6501 DTF Powder Shaker Dryer.

Check Your Production Setup Before Use

Confirm the printer configuration, film size, ink system, software, media path, electrical requirements, curing equipment, and heat-transfer process before starting production.

Do not assume that settings from another DTF printer apply to the P604. Follow the applicable equipment documentation and test the complete workflow before larger production runs.
