UV DTF Film Roll - A&B - White 23.6" × 328' is intended for compatible UV DTF printing workflows that use an A and B film transfer system. The roll format provides a continuous film supply for UV DTF production environments using compatible printers and laminating or transfer setups.

This product is supplied in a 23.6-inch width and 328-foot roll length. Because UV DTF systems can use different film configurations and production methods, confirm that the roll dimensions and A&B film setup match your equipment before use.

What Is A&B Film Used For?

UV DTF production commonly uses a two-film workflow. The printed design is created as part of the A-film process and then used with the corresponding B-film layer during the transfer preparation stage.

The exact printing, laminating, peeling, and application steps depend on the printer, film configuration, ink system, and production equipment being used.

23.6-Inch Roll for UV DTF Production

The 23.6-inch roll width is intended for UV DTF equipment that can accommodate this film size. The 328-foot roll length provides a continuous material format for production workflows that use roll-fed film.

Match the Film to Your UV DTF Setup

Film width, feeding method, lamination setup, and printer configuration can vary between UV DTF systems. Check your equipment requirements before loading the roll or starting production.

Check Compatibility Before Use

Do not assume that every UV DTF film roll is interchangeable between printers or production systems. Confirm the required film width, A&B configuration, feed method, and equipment compatibility before ordering.

Before a full production run, test the complete workflow using your printer, ink, film, lamination process, and target application surface.

Prepare the Printer: Load the Type A film with the adhesive side facing up at the back of the UV DTF printer. Load the Type B film at the front of the printer. The loading order or position may vary depending on the printer model, so refer to your printer's user manual for specific instructions.

Connect the Films: Ensure that the Type A and Type B films are properly aligned and connected. The films should be secured together, with the Type A film feeding from the back and the Type B film positioned at the front for proper transfer.

Print the Design: Print your design onto the Type A film. The printer will automatically apply the Type B laminating film over the printed design during the printing process.

Peel off Type A Film: Once the print has been transferred to the substrate, carefully remove the Type A film, leaving the design securely attached.

Transfer the Design: Apply pressure to the transfer to ensure full adherence, then peel off the Type B film to reveal your completed design.

Storage Instructions: Store the UV DTF films in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the films in their original packaging or in a sealed, protective container to prevent dust or contaminants from affecting the film surface. Ensure the film rolls are kept upright and stored horizontally to avoid damage or warping.

Disposal Instructions: Dispose of any used film, including the release liner and protective films, in accordance with local regulations for plastic and film waste. Do not dispose of the films in general household waste if your local area has a recycling program for plastic films. Consider recycling if possible to reduce environmental impact.
