MP180 Mug Heat Press Machine is designed for compatible sublimation workflows using mugs in the 11–15 oz size range. It provides a dedicated pressing format for applying compatible sublimation transfers to suitable mug surfaces.

The final result depends on the mug, sublimation coating, printed transfer, temperature, pressing time, pressure, and overall production process. Confirm that the mug and transfer materials are suitable for heat pressing before use.

Product Details

• Product Type: Mug Heat Press Machine
• Model: MP180
• Mug Capacity: 11–15 oz
• Application: Compatible sublimation mug workflows

Made for Mug Sublimation Workflows

The MP180 is intended for heat-transfer applications where sublimation designs are pressed onto compatible mugs. A dedicated mug press applies heat around the mug surface during the transfer process.

The mug must have a surface suitable for sublimation. Standard mugs without the appropriate coating should not be assumed to work with a sublimation transfer process.

For 11–15 oz Mugs

This model is identified for use with mugs in the 11–15 oz range. Mug capacity alone does not guarantee compatibility, since shape, diameter, coating, and press fit can also affect the application.

Compare the MP180 with the MP170

Different mug press models can be suited to different production setups. Compare the mug size, physical fit, and equipment requirements before selecting a machine.

Check Your Mug and Transfer Settings

Use temperature, pressure, and time settings appropriate for the specific sublimation transfer, mug coating, and material being pressed. Do not assume that one setting works for every mug or transfer paper.

When using a new mug blank or transfer setup, test the process before completing a larger production run.
