Slot Type Limit Switch For Head Carriage and Ink Stack is a replacement switching component intended for compatible printer motion and positioning systems that use a matching slot-type limit switch configuration.

Limit switches can vary by physical dimensions, mounting points, connector arrangement, electrical requirements, sensing configuration, and printer design. Compare the existing switch and machine setup carefully before ordering or installation.

Product Details

• Product Type: Slot Type Limit Switch
• Application: Head carriage and ink stack systems
• Use: Replacement position or limit-switch component

For Head Carriage and Ink Stack Systems

A limit switch can form part of a compatible printer's motion or position-detection system. This product is identified for head carriage and ink stack applications.

The exact switching function, sensing position, mounting location, and electrical connection depend on the printer configuration, so this component should not be treated as a universal replacement switch.

For Printer Maintenance and Repair

A limit switch may require replacement if the existing component is damaged, no longer detecting position correctly, or being serviced as part of a carriage, ink stack, or motion-system repair.

Confirm which switch position and function are involved before replacing the component.

Compare Related Switch Components

Printer switching components can differ substantially in actuator style, sensing method, mounting, wiring, and intended function. Match the replacement component to the existing printer assembly.

Check Compatibility Before Installation

Confirm the switch dimensions, slot configuration, mounting points, connector arrangement, electrical requirements, sensing position, and printer setup before installation.

Disconnect the printer from power before servicing electrical or motion-control components. Follow the applicable maintenance procedure and verify carriage or ink stack movement before returning the printer to operation.
