MP170 Mug Heat Press Machine is designed for compatible sublimation workflows using mugs in the 11–15 oz size range. It provides a dedicated heat-press format for applying compatible sublimation transfers to suitable mug blanks.

The final transfer result depends on the mug, sublimation coating, printed transfer, temperature, pressing time, pressure, and overall application process. Confirm that the mug and transfer materials are suitable for sublimation before pressing.

• Product Type: Mug Heat Press Machine
• Model: MP170
• Mug Capacity: 11–15 oz
• Application: Compatible sublimation mug workflows

For Mug Sublimation Applications

The MP170 is intended for heat-transfer workflows where sublimation designs are applied to compatible mugs. A mug press provides heat around the curved mug surface during the transfer process.

The mug should have a coating suitable for sublimation. Standard uncoated mugs should not be assumed to work with the sublimation process.

Designed for 11–15 oz Mugs

This model is identified for use with mugs in the 11–15 oz range. Mug capacity alone does not guarantee fit, since shape, diameter, coating, and overall mug dimensions can also affect compatibility.

Compare the MP170 with the MP180

Different mug press models can suit different production setups. Compare the mug size, physical fit, and equipment requirements before selecting a machine.

Check Your Mug and Transfer Settings

Use temperature, pressure, and pressing time appropriate for the specific sublimation transfer, mug coating, and materials being used. Do not assume that one setting is suitable for every mug blank or transfer paper.

When introducing a new mug blank or transfer setup, test the process before completing a larger production run.
