CapPro CP2815 is a semi-automatic cap and hat heat press machine identified with a dual-heat configuration for compatible heat-transfer workflows. It is intended for applications where suitable transfers are applied to compatible caps and hats using controlled heat and pressure.

Transfer results depend on the transfer material, headwear construction, temperature, pressure, pressing time, and equipment setup. Confirm the requirements of the material being pressed before production.

Designed for Cap and Hat Heat Transfer

The CapPro CP2815 is identified specifically as a cap and hat heat press. Its press format is intended for compatible headwear applications rather than the flat platen format used by standard garment heat presses.

The exact loading method, pressure adjustment, operating controls, and pressing sequence depend on the machine configuration and should be confirmed from the applicable equipment instructions.

Semi-Automatic Dual-Heat Configuration

This model is listed with a semi-automatic, dual-heat configuration. These features distinguish the CP2815 from manual cap presses and other heat press formats in the current catalog.

Compare Another Cap Press Configuration

Cap heat presses can use different operating and heating configurations. The appropriate machine depends on your headwear style, transfer process, production workflow, and equipment preferences.

Check Materials and Settings Before Pressing

Confirm that the cap or hat material and transfer are suitable for the required temperature, pressure, and pressing time before production.

Do not assume that settings from a flat heat press, another cap press, or a different transfer material apply to the CP2815. Follow the applicable equipment and transfer-material instructions and test unfamiliar combinations before larger runs.
